Frequently
Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our process, products, and how to get started. Can't find the answer? Just get in touch.

What types of equipment do you offer?

We offer custom boxing and martial arts equipment, including gloves, pads, headgear, Gi's, protective gear, clothing, and more. Our range covers boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, MMA, kickboxing, and all combat sports. If there's something specific you need that isn't listed, just get in touch — we can usually help.

Can I customise my equipment?

Absolutely — all of our products are fully customisable, including (but not limited to) the material, fit, weight, colour, branding, and more. We work with you to create something that perfectly represents your gym or team. Just send us your logo and we'll take it from there.

How do I place an order?

Simply fill in our enquiry form on the homepage with as much detail as possible — what you're looking for, quantities, and any branding ideas you have. We'll respond within 24 hours via email to discuss your requirements and get the process started. Alternatively, you can message us on WhatsApp at +44 7438 952003.

Can you visit my gym for a chat?

Yes! We're happy to visit gyms within central Scotland or within approximately 20 miles of Edinburgh. For customers further afield, we're equally happy to consult via phone, email, or video call. No matter where you are in the UK, we'll make the process smooth and straightforward.

Where are you based?

We're based in Edinburgh, Scotland — but we cover nationwide. Whether your gym is in London, Manchester, Cardiff, or anywhere else across the UK, we deliver directly to your door.

How does the process work?

Our process is simple and collaborative:

  1. Enquire — Send us your requirements via our contact form or WhatsApp.
  2. Discuss — We gather all the details: product type, quantity, materials, and your logo file.
  3. Design — Our designers create detailed mock-ups for your review. We refine until you're 100% happy.
  4. Sample — We offer a sample run before the full order so you can see and feel the quality firsthand.
  5. Produce & Deliver — Your finished product is manufactured and delivered directly to your gym.

Expedited orders are available if you need things on a tighter timeline — just let us know.

Are your products made with high quality materials?

Absolutely. All our products are crafted using top-grade materials to ensure durability, comfort, and performance. We work with experienced manufacturers and apply strict quality control at every stage of the process. We wouldn't put our name on anything we wouldn't be proud to use ourselves.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes — for sample orders, the minimum is 4 items (charged at a higher per-unit rate to cover setup costs). For main production orders, the minimum is 20 items. We also accommodate larger bulk orders. If you're unsure what quantity suits your needs, get in touch and we'll advise based on your budget and requirements.

How long does production and delivery take?

Lead times vary depending on the product type and order quantity, but we'll always give you a clear timeline before production begins. If you have a specific deadline — a gym opening, a tournament, or a team event — let us know upfront and we'll do everything we can to meet it, including expedited options where available.

Do I need to have a logo ready?

Ideally yes — a high-resolution version of your logo (vector format preferred) works best for embroidery and printing. However, if you don't have one yet, we can work with what you have or discuss options. The most important thing is getting the conversation started.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Our primary market is the United Kingdom, and we deliver nationwide from our Edinburgh base. If you're based outside the UK and interested in placing an order, get in touch and we'll discuss whether we can accommodate you.

What logo file format should I send?

Vector formats work best — ideally an AI, EPS, or SVG file, as these scale without any loss of quality for both embroidery and printing. A high-resolution PNG (at least 1000px wide on a transparent background) is also fine. If you only have a JPEG or a low-res version, send it anyway — we'll let you know if it's workable or discuss alternatives.

Can I order different products together in one order?

Yes — many of our customers place combined orders, for example gloves and t-shirts together, or hoodies and rash guards. We'll handle everything as one project with a single design consultation and a combined quote.

What's the difference between embroidery and sublimation printing?

Embroidery stitches your logo directly into the fabric — it's raised, tactile, and extremely durable. It works best for logos on structured items like gloves, headguards, and gis. Sublimation printing fuses ink directly into the fabric fibres, producing vivid all-over patterns and gradients that won't crack or peel — ideal for rash guards and t-shirts. We'll recommend the right method for each product based on your design.

Can individual names or numbers be added to each item?

Yes — player names, numbers, or belt ranks can be added to individual items within your order. This is popular for fight teams wanting personalised kit. Let us know during the enquiry stage and we'll factor it into the design and pricing.

Do you work with new gyms that don't have a brand yet?

Absolutely. We work with gyms at every stage — from established academies refreshing their kit to brand new clubs building an identity from scratch. If you don't have a logo yet, we can connect you with a designer or work with whatever assets you have. The important thing is getting started.

Are your products suitable for competition as well as training?

Yes — we offer competition-grade specifications across our range. For boxing gloves, we're flexible on specification and weight depending on your requirements — get in touch to discuss. Our headguards are built to meet the demands of both sparring and competitive bouts. Let us know your intended use when enquiring and we'll spec the product accordingly.
